Biography:
Currently a permanent program director in MCB, Cone recently retired from the University of Missouri, where she was a professor in the Division of Biological Sciences for 21 years. Her research expertise is in plant genetics and genomics, with emphasis on epigenetic regulation of gene expression in maize.
